Ever since I had a killer tomato ramen in Calgary during our summer vacay, I’ve been craving it. I had no idea tomato ramen even existed, but now I’m obsessed!
As I’m sure some of you have figured out by now, my favorite dishes are brothy Asian soups like ramen, pho and won ton. The thing is that it’s difficult to find vegetarian versions of these meals, especially living in a small town. So I love creating my own at home!
