Sprouts, sprouts, sprouts!
I have recently learned about the benefits of eating sprouts and have now become addicted!
I thoroughly enjoyed the podcast featuring Doug Evans on the Rich Roll Podcast (definitely recommend giving it a listen and also recommend checking out The Sprout Book). After learning about the amazing nutritional benefits and accessibility to sprouts, I now include them in my diet every single day. Some days I top my salads with sprouts, other days on top of avocado toast and sometimes, simple in addition to whatever meal I've made that day!
I love how much flavour sprouts add, so this salad only needs a simple dressing of fresh lemon and a high-quality extra-virign olive oil along with some fresh herbs.
