I started this food blog as a place where I can collect, create, and share my love for vegetarian food. I have been a vegetarian for over 7 years, and as friends and family can attest, it is a fundamental part of my identity. I am blessed to have a beautiful young family of two boys (a 3 year old and 1 year old) and recently married my hubby in the summer of 2016. Unlike myself, who is whole-heartedly a veggie, my hubby still continues to eat meat once and a while and my oldest has recently decided he “loves meat” (sigh). Although this is the case, we eat primarily vegetarian food in our home and I am constantly conjuring up new recipes to keep my family healthy, fulfilled, and satisfied. My hopes are that my passion for vegetarian cooking might inspire even meat-eaters to try meatless recipes more often. Thus, my aim is to provide fulfilling recipe ideas for vegetarians, that are also enticing and approachable for meat-eaters. I will be sharing recipes that I have personally created, friends’ and family’s recipes, and also delicious recipes that I have stumbled upon that are worthy of making again and again. Enjoy.
